Abstract:
Transformation of a frequency distribution A method is described to convert a frequency distribution in which the frequencies are given for each whole degree Fahrenheit, into a frequency distribution with class intervals of one degree centigrade in such a way, that the resulting distribution has no “unreal peaks”, which are introduced by the transformation.
