Abstract: The article substantiates major land interests functioning algorithm as four main prerequisites for success, based on four balanced nent matching profit (income), which represent the major tools of environmental economics. It is assumed that the proposed mechanisms play a role in the main generator and catalyst of state and local budgets formation. The author summarizes a number of scientific views of the author of the study on ways of the desired further development in economy of nature management in the process of accomplishment of the land reform.
