Abstract:
This paper deals with an indexed estimation of seed material of farms at the Forest-Steppe zone in Ukraine. Studies have shown that all seed lots of corn and soybeans had signs of trauma. Considerable different quality of seeds in terms of its vigor in the similarity in the laboratory and cold germination even within category of its conditioning is set. Study on the uniformity biopreparation seed treatment, which contains labeling substance, is conducted. Adding food coloring in the Biopolicide did not lead to the suppression of vital activity and functional activity of the cells of his biological agents. Seeds of corn and soybean in manual handling by Biopolicide had sufficiently uniform color, which indicates the effectiveness of processing.
