Abstract: This paper deals with conceptual approaches of organic agricultural land use using the lands eligibility criteria to organic agriculture and land use and justification of the lands quality stabilization periods duration in transition to organic agricultural land use. The author gives the need for risk assessment of organic agriculture and ecological, economic and social effects of such land use.
