Abstract:
This paper deals with methodological bases concerning the role of land resources in the formation of economic incentives for regional economic development. The author suggests involvement of land resources as a bank assets in order to create the extended credit investment funds and increase the stability of the banking system. The author emphasizes the need to unite the property rights to land, which includes land and its mineral wealth, in order to increase their efficiency.
