Abstract:
This paper deals with state of the agricultural lands utilization in modern conditions. The author shows the impact of market economy on the rational use of land, shortcomings in the rational use of land, fragmentation and disintegration of land. The author suggests to improve approaches to solving these issues by using land consolidation, increasing the area of land reserve of village and settlement councils due to unclaimed shares, shares of deceased citizens and design of roads and shelterbelts
