Abstract:
To assess the acute and chronic toxicity of the bottom sediments of reservoirs, it was suggested to use a test reaction of daphnia immobilization on the 1st (50%) and 8th (60%) days of biotesting and a test reaction of inhibition of growth of the onion root on the 8th day (56,94%).
