Abstract:
This paper deals with results of studies on the potential frost resistance of hazelnut (Corylus do- mestica Kosenko et Opalko). The author has found that the complex estimation of winter and frost resistance of hazelnut plants by means of instrumental methods has confirmed the sufficient adaptability of experimental variants to the conditions of the Right-bank Forest-steppe of Ukraine. The best frost resistance and winter resistance potential were varieties of hazelnut Sofiyivskyi-1 and Dar Pavlenko
