Abstract:
The sources of heavy metals entering the grain and their accumulation in different types of grains have been shown. The danger of heavy metals entering the body has been detected. The dynamics of the change in the concentration of heavy metals in winter wheat and spring barley has been investigated depending on the waiting period.
