Abstract:
The danger of plant pollution with nitrates and harm from them in the human body has been highlighted. The author has investigated the dynamics of the concentration of nitrates in wheat winter and spring barley depending on storage period after thrashing. There is a tendency to decrease the content of nitrates in grain depending on the terms of its storage
