Abstract:
This paper deals with land use ranking by the degree of investment attractiveness considering the level of development of territories and the potential to address the adverse natural and anthropogenic factors on land use. Recommendations on an implementation of the social targeted areas development investment programs that are aimed at increasing business activity, as well as administrative methods of influence on risks of land use for a particular territory type: prevention, avoidance, limitation, insurance, investment have been given.
