Abstract: Necessity of improvement the institutional environment of the agricultural land protection has been proved. This paper deals with directions over improvement of the institutional support system of the agricultural lands protection system, providing the ordering of interests of all participants in the land management process. Interconnection between elements within the land conservation system in agriculture at every level of the land resources management has been grounded.
