Abstract: Based on the analysis of scientific literature and the current regulatory framework this paper reveals basic aspects over he regulatory support in evaluation of investment attractiveness of the objects of nature preserves fund of Ukraine in today’s conditions, described in detail the basic normative acts in this area. The author defines each of the key role of regulations to ensure regulation of investments in domestic objects of naturally reserve fund, existing range of key issues are identified.
