Abstract: This paper deals with the role of fiscal adjustment mechanism in the forestry sector and its status in Ukraine is analyzed. The author investigates different approaches to the defining the essence of the concept of «fiscal adjustment mechanism». The theoretical justification of the nature and mechanism of fiscal control concepts in the forestry sector has been deepened. The need for further study and the harmonization of the main elements of the fiscal regulation in the forestry sector has been established
