Abstract: This paper deals with Carbon-absorptive and Oxygen-generating role of forest plantations of Khmelnitskiy region on example of Parkhomivka Forestry. Through regression analysis with using biometric parameters the author has obtained empirical equations on the definition of timber phytomass and krone of forest-generators species. These equations enabled to assess the volume of carbon sequestration and oxygen production by tree plantations of Parkhomivka Forestry
