Abstract:
This paper deals with the state of forest resources and forestry lands. It was found that the formation of ecology sustainable use of forestry lands on the background of ever increasing anthropogenic and technogenic load, their environmental goals and tasks are done without an integrated approach. The author proves the need to form two promising areas of ecological sustainable use of forestry lands. The first direction allows to balance exploitation of forests and lands with existing land and forest resource potential and the second and the second one ensures the achievement of balance in forest-industrial production and non-industrial growing of forest-business products. Formation and implementation of these trends will contribute to the development of strategies of forestry development management. The author provides methodology for assessing environmental sustainable development of the region by the integral indicator of balancing
