Abstract: The peculiarities of the formation of forestry areas for forest seedlings and the procedure for allocating land plots for forestry enterprises are substantiated. The necessity of expanding the areas of forest nurseries and the feasibility of forming land plots for forestry needs is proved. The research was conducted on the example of the Forest Research Station of Boyarka (a state-owned enterprise engaged in reproduction, protection, forest protection, wood processing and educational functions).
