Abstract: This paper deals with analysis of methodical and applied peculiarities of the agricultural production scheduling throughout the world taking into account environmental factors. Based on experience of countries with advanced agricultural sector, it is determined that effectiveness of indicative planning assumes its legislative strengthening in the government regulation system. This assumes determining the main directions and forms of planning within the agricultural policy in accordance with ecological and economic factors as well as the natural resource potential of the state.
