Abstract: This paper shows that preliminary treatment of planting PMF mycelium with intensity of 1 Hz increases the linear growth of vegetative mycelium of isolates investigated by 12% for an hour in comparison with a control. It is determined that under the action of PMF (1 Hz) the (СР, В-99) isolates and the HK-35 control strain are able to increase the accumulation of biomass for 20–40%. At the same time there was a decrease in the content of extracellular proteins in QoL for 10–20% in comparison with a control, and the carbon consumption of nutrient substrate has occurred under the acidic conditions (рР=5.8–6.0).
