Abstract: This paper deals with data on regularities changes in floristic composition, structure of herbage terrestrial, lowland and floodplain meadows. A productivity assessment of a number of Left Bank Steppe forage lands in Ukraine has been given. Environmentally safe methods to improve the surface improvement have been given.
