Abstract:
This paper deals with trends in the development of reform and regulation of land relations in Ukraine. A necessity to carry out the updated comprehensive state land management as a compulsory measure implementation of state regulatory policy in the sphere of land relations and nature management has been proved. It has been proved, that comprehensive state land use is the only real tool of transparent, unambiguous and harmonious territorial development, correcting errors and omissions in the process of land privatization.
