Abstract: This paper defines and justifies certain ways of increasing the efficiency of reproduction of the agrosphere land resources. Implementation of the proposed directions through interaction of the internal and external factors on the basis of the account of intraeconomic structure, soil and climatic conditions, government regulation and scientific and technical progress allow for rational use and protection of land only if it is comprehensively applied in order to increase the efficiency of state environmental policy in the field of environmental protection.
