Abstract: This paper deals with the dependence of the direction of the basic biological processes in the deep black soil with a low humus content depending on winter wheat fertilizer system and weather conditions of the growing season. The author reveals the relation between quantitative characteristics of the microbial community of the winter wheat agrocenosis soil, its biological activity on environmental factors, applicable systems of fertilizer and weather conditions of the year
