Abstract: This paper deals with models of rational and profitable use of forest resources, territorial forestry complexes with their reproduction in the financial space. The author suggests the algorithm into forest resources finance, which is implemented through sequential links of forest assets management, their derivatives and specialized financial instruments. Within the project approach to asset management of forest resource origin there are three structural components: evaluation, financing and investment.
