Abstract: The scientific and methodological approach to ensuring balanced agricultural land use has been improved, which, unlike existing ones, unites in the logical interconnection of organizational and economic, techno-technological, ecological and socio-economic components. The author substantiated the conceptual model of balanced agricultural land use, which is built on a certain algorithm and covers the assessment of the level of land balance, and also defines the directions of support or transformation of land use through a system of regulatory instruments
