Abstract:
This article examines the conceptual foundations of the systematic organization of agricultural landscapes, which includes the need for optimization of landscape systems, which enables to substantiate specific components of macroregions, formulate relevant socioeconomic functions, to define multifaceted constraints and to optimize the structure of the actual landscape systems in the forecast-software and pre-design land management developments. The author submits environmental, economic, social and organizational tasks for improving the system of land tenure and land use in combination with the measures provided for in the forecast and other developments at the upper level
