Abstract: This paper deals with detailed ecotoxicological assessment of the pesticides range used in the practice of chemical plant protection. The analysis on the state of the former formulations of toxic chemicals has been conducted. A screening study over the degree of unsuitable pesticides contamination of soils at the sanitary zones of warehouses with toxic chemicals and agricultural products grown in contaminated agricultural lands has been conducted. A mathematical model to assess the environmental risks posed by influence of the former warehouses of toxic chemicals on the environment has been constructed
