Abstract: This paper deals with analysis of state standards on land reclamation. It is proved that it reflect the ideology of the state control system over the country economy, do not meet the conditions of a market economy. This paper deals with justification over conclusions and suggestions on the actualization and implementation of indicators for land use assessment by the State Land Agency of Ukraine by the level of profitability from the business entities to the administrative-territorial division of the country.
