Abstract: Peculiarities of use of bioreactors and rhegregu- lators for the increase of productivity and quality of grain of barley are considered. It was determined that with the use of biopreparations and growth regulators of plants for growing barley in the conditions of the industrial region of the Ukrainian Steppe the yield on average is increased by 0.43 t/ha, the physical and biochemical parameters of product quality are improved
