Abstract: Mechanisms and appropriate tools for regulating recreational activities in the territories of polyfunctional status in the conditions of the Southern region of Ukraine have been scientifically substantiated. The methodical approach, which takes into account the change in the economic evaluation of the recreational resource, depending on the reduction of its recreational ability under the influence of inappropriate anthropogenic loading, has been improved.
