Abstract: This paper deals with the proof of economic viability of organic farming. The assessment technique on the readiness of farm managers to implement the organic farming has been given. Motivational and restrictive factors that influence the options of organic methods of management have been determined. The organizational model of creation and operation over the organic products producers and consumers association has been given.
