Abstract: This paper deals with current state of development on the land management projects, providing the ecological and economic assessment of crop rotation and streamline of land in the Volyn region. Features and challenges over the improvement of the land management projects implementing mechanism of agricultural enterprises have been shown. Effectiveness of active and passive measures to accelerate the implementation process of land management projects implementation has been shown.
