Ecological challenges over the agrosphere condition in the context of a balanced development of nature management in Ukraine

Abstract:
This paper deals with the most important challenges over the agrosphere condition and formation in Ukraine, for which the land is a main natural resource, lands and land management agroecological culture, first of all lands of productive appointment. It also hold a wide range of issues related to statistical accounting of the main subject of agrosphere which is lands, legal registration of land use right, calculation and control of efficient use of natural productivity of lands and ensuring the ecological balance, ethical issues concerning the identification and registration of objects of agrosphere and so on. The suggestions for the implementation of the monitoring on the state and dynamics of agrosphere and creating the conditions for a balanced development of nature management, collection, processing, storage and transmission of information on its condition and financial performance of the lands utilization identified by business entities — land users, have been justified. It has been suggested to include forest ecosystems to agricultural sphere as such, which include cultural forest plants, birds and animals, including hunting, which due to human labor creates conditions for the resettlement, protection and maintenance.
