Abstract: This paper deals with theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation, operation and development of ecological and economic system of the region. This article defines stage of the transformation of ecological and economic systems under the influence of anthropogenic and technogenic load and development of conceptual and fundamental principles for the management of ecological and economic system of the region.
