Abstract:
This paper deals with results of a study of socioenvironmental and economic implications of existing restrictions on realization of the rights ownership to agricultural lands and the prospects for the development of agriculture of Ukraine in these circumstances. The author highlights the need as quickly as possible to implement market reforms in the sphere of land ownership relations in agriculture
