Abstract: This paper deals with the essence of ecological and economic land management mechanism of the biosphere as a combination of factors, elements, methods, and tools aimed at the organization of a balanced land use to ensure optimal parameters of ecological and economic functions of agricultural land. The author substantiates approach to the development of ecological and economic agrosphere land resources management mechanism through interconnection of its elements, and the instrumental-methodical device, aimed at the organization of a balanced land use that allows providing an optimality of parameters of ecological and economic functions of agricultural land
