Abstract:
The article is devoted to the evaluation of the current distribution of functions of land use management at the level of executive authorities, local self-government and newly formed territorial communities. It was determined that the institutional environment was formed in relation to the centralized approach to land use management. In order to correct the situation, a rational distribution of functions between the said bodies was proposed, with most of the administrative levers assigned to territorial communities
