Abstract: The experience of functioning of organic farms in Ukraine has been analyzed. It was revealed that Simmental and Ukrainian red-billed milk breeds have been well manifested in terms of large-scale eco-production. In the small-scale sector, local breeds of cattle will work best to solve the issue of restoring and preserving the animals number of local and endangered breeds of cattle. The experience of organizing the production of organic dairy products can be implemented in the activity of the experimental base of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
