Abstract:
The experience of regulation of ecological safety in foreign countries has been studied and generalized, including At the regional level, in particular, the main tendencies and peculiarities of implementation of environmental policy by the countries of the European Union have been determined. The progressive work on organizational forms, mechanisms and instruments of environmental safety regulation that can be adapted to the conditions of Ukraine in the process of constructing a new environmental policy in the state has been analyzed
