Abstract:
The article analyzes the structure of the agricultural land ownership and the dynamics of the agricultural lands structure in Ukraine. It has been revealed that more than half of agricultural lands are owned by agricultural producers on the lease. The analysis of distribution of agricultural commodity producers by size of land use has been carried out, which made it possible to identify the advantage of commodity producers who use an area of more than 100 hectares. Based on information on the dynamics of gross production in agriculture and the application of mineral fertilizers, it has been proved that the positive dynamics of efficiency in agriculture are mainly ensured by intensifying the use of land resources. The dynamics of application of mineral fertilizers and the prevalence of degradation processes in soils have been analyzed, as well as the negative dynamics of the balance of nutrients has been revealed.
