Abstract:
The investigation will determine whether nursing staff working in church-run institutions use in addition to means known also religiousness and / or spirituality as a resource or response strategy in sense of occupational psychological strain concept to cope with emotional difficult situations. Experiences of spirituality as well as their use is difficult to access for linguistic explicit, so that the qualitative Repertory-Grid-method supported narrative interviews. Different and also spiritual resources and coping strategies arc identified and their mode of operation is described.
