Abstract: In his presidential address, October 1998 on Formative and Early Years of the Peace Science Society (International), it was not possible for the author to include a number of important items required for a full appreciation of the setting and the organizational dynamics of that critical period, 1959-1965. In this paper, we cover materials, as a set of Appendices, to that address to supplement its contents.
