Peace Economics, Peace Science, and Public Policy, 2001, vol. 7, issue 2, 1-26

Abstract: Eds: This paper is an outstanding presentation of conflicts in the global system with regard to trade, financial aid, development, poverty reduction and environmental policies. The editors thank the Institute for permission to reproduce the paper.
