Abstract: This case study explores the promotional strategies employed by Ștrand Termal Deta, a thermal spa seeking to enhance its visibility and attract a broader clientele. The study examines both online and offline marketing approaches and their effectiveness in customer engagement. A key component of this analysis is a customer survey designed to assess awareness, travel preferences, service satisfaction, and promotional reach. (Pizam & Mansfeld, 2000) The findings highlight the impact of marketing strategies, customer retention, and areas for improvement in future promotions. (Buhalis, 2000)
