Abstract: Europe needs to rediscover its growth potential and stops running its economy in crises mode. These nascent innovation will be based on knowledge that still to be developed by European scientists and engineers. Europe has what it takes to be an innovation leader the global world. The article presents the concrete projections in preparation the scenario innovation in the biggest German economy and also the needed application the scientific progress in European Union and also in Slovakia and Czech Republic. The study involved also the actually negative and positive factors in the preset global world.
