Abstract: The article concerns the migration and integration policy of the Slovak Republic and focuses on the analysis of foreign migration in the capital city of the Slovak Republic. The article is divided into three parts, withthe first part focusing on the theoretical knowledge of the scientific community in the field of migration and coexistence of different ethnicities and cultures. The second part of the text is concerned with the migration and integration policy of the Slovak Republic. In the third part, the center of analysis is Bratislava as a recipient of foreign migration. The aim of the article is to apply discourse analysis to draw the situation in the capital and analyze the issue of integration of migrants in the capital.
