Abstract: The publishers have decided to celebrate the journal’s 10th anniversary by staging up their efforts to further increase journal’s quality. Setting a challenging goal of having the Journal of International Relations indexed by the SCOPUS and Web of Knowledge databases, a new editorial board was elected on the session of the inner editorial circle on June 3rd 2013. The new board will supervise quality of published papers and the consistence of journal’s editorial policy.
