Abstract:
The way French ?humanitarian? NGO have grown in the last 25 years may be viewed as coming under an institutional process. If, by growing, NGO tend in some way to be like corporations, the reverse might also be true. Indeed, defining corporation as a coalition of stakeholders might drive it to a ?management situation? calling NGO?s to mind.
