Revue française de gestion, 2016, vol. N° 258, issue 5, 123-139

Abstract: This article offers an original interpretation of crowdsourcing as a socio-technical system. Crowdsourcing appears as a way of capturing cognitive resources, which between new forms of division of labor and a new cartography of competences reactive certain paradoxes of work: denial vs re-enchantment.
