Abstract:
An empirical study of 307 French firms reveals that creativity is a missing link between the organizational context and ambidexterity. This result gives rise to interesting implications relative to the prerequisites for creativity and innovation ambidexterity. Managers thus should implement an organizational context that encourages essentially creativity rather than directly emphasizing systems that favor the combination of exploration and exploitation innovations.
